Cancellations

Cancellations are eligible within 1 hour of placing your order.

To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as you wish to cancel for us to stop the order from being fulfilled and refund your funds in the fastest time-frame possible. After the 1-hour window passes, we cannot guarantee that your order will not be satisfied as it is already in the packaging pipeline or the production pipeline. If you need to cancel after the 1 hour window, we can offer a partial refund, retaining a 30% restocking fee.
