Do the shoes come with the purchase?

No, we only make hats and clothing to match your favorite sneakers and shoes, we do not sell sneakers.

If you don't sell shoes why are there pictures of sneakers on your site?

We put images of the shoes that our products are designed to match to make it convenient for our customers to compare the colors in our original designed products and the colors they are trying to match in the shoe.

Who designs these items?

We do! All the items we sell are originally designed by our in-house graphic designers.

Are you affiliated with any sneaker brands?

No! We are not affiliated with any sneaker brands that our clothes are designed to match, this is explicitly stated in multiple disclaimers throughout our website including the product pages, the header, the footer, and the disclaimer page.

How long does it take for me to get my order?

It normally takes 5-10 business days for the item to be made, then it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days for USPS to deliver it.

What are your shirts made of?

We use 100% cotton shirts.

Do your shirts shrink?

Any cotton shirt can shrink if you wash and dry it at high enough heat, while we try to use pre-shrunk shirts, it does slightly depend on how you do your laundry.

What are your hoodies made of?

They vary depending on color availability. We try to use 80% cotton / 20% poly for majority of our hoodies, sometimes we do also use 50% cotton/50% poly.

How are your hats made?

All of the hats you see on the website are embroidered, the logos are not applied with stickers or press-ons, it's actual stitching.

How are your shirts made?

We print them in house using a highly wash-resistant process known as direct to garment printing. This means real ink is being applied to the garment, which ensures it lasts much longer than a heat press transfer.

Do you take returns/exchanges?

Yes we do please see our return policy.

What if I don't like the item?

If there is something wrong with the item, send a picture to our support team, we will make it right.
